Ordering and Pick Up
Please allow 2 days so we can fill your order. Please email grazechelmsford@gmail.com to confirm your pick up day and time. If you haven’t heard back within 1 business day, please check your spam inbox; sometimes my emails end up there!
If placing an order through email or messages, an invoice will be sent via email or text to pay with a CC. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the quality and perishability of products, we do not offer full refunds. Platterbox cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the requested pick up date to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the pick up date since the food has already been purchased and prepped.
2026 Pricing & Transparency
Catering life in 2026 is officially a little bonkers. Here’s the latest "WTF" logic we’re all living through:
The Cheese Paradox: If you buy a block of cheese from us, it’s a grocery item (0% tax). But the second we take that same cheese, arrange it beautifully on a board, and provide a "service" (like styling or setup), the state reclassifies us as a Restaurant. Suddenly, the entire "meal"—including the labor to set it up—gets hit with the full 7% tax.
Why the change? Thanks to the new 2026 Transparency Rules, we are now legally required to itemize everything clearly. We used to just "bake" those setup fees into the total price, but now we have to list them separately. So, when you see that setup fee as its own line item, that 7% tax is suddenly much more visible!
It’s just part of the business now, but yeah... definitely a "WTF" moment for all of us! 🧀✨
