I’m a lifelong Chelmsford townie who somehow turned a "snack obsession" into a full-blown business. If you’re looking for the person living out their Stars Hollow dreams while juggling the beautiful chaos of real life—you found me!

The journey to Graze has been anything but a straight line. I’ve survived a global pandemic leaving my commercial kitchen, worked as a nanny while plotting my cheese-filled comeback, and—in true "expect the unexpected" fashion—welcomed my son Georgie four weeks early. I literally signed the lease for this shop in a sleep-deprived haze just days later. If I can open a business with a newborn in one hand and a brie wedge in the other, I can do anything, right?

Now, you can find me at the shop hand-picking your cheese and produce, waving to my neighbors, and curating the most beautiful spreads in town. Whether you’re here for a workshop, a last-minute gift, or a croissant sammy, I’m so glad you’re here for the ride.
